Un niño abandonado lleva a la UVE a un secuestrador peligroso.
Un niño es abandonado en Times Square y conduce a los detectives a una casa. En el interior se encuentran con un sótano cerrado donde hay más víctimas esperando ser rescatadas y el trabajo para resolver décadas de casos viejos.
Protagonizada por Ice-T (Detective Odafin Tutuola), Dann Florek (Capitán Donald Cragen), Danny Pino (Detective Nick Amaro), Kelli Giddish (Detective Amanda Rollins) y Raúl Esparza (ADA Rafael Barba). Estrellas invitadas Dean Winters, Michael Massee y Bill Irwin.
